NTY FIRST RULE 21eme REGLE FONDAMENTALE
CONVERSATION
-Justin: Hello Lili, I am calling you from Quiberon where I am spending
my holidays.
-Lili: Oh yes! Funny you said that because I was thinking about going
there myself!
-Justin:Why don’t you come and join me then?
-Lili:Ok then, I give you a call as soon as I get there!
VOCABULAIRE
Thirty years ago, I was on my way to Bora-Bora. A small island in the
Pacific in French Polynesia. I had been chosen by the Club Med
managing team to be part of the GO’s staff in their village there. A 24
hour-flight with a two hour-stopover in Los Angeles followed by a two-
hour stop in Papete before taking off again and land for good there. I
remember how hot it was then when we got out of the plane! It was in
November 1984 but the temperature was something like 44-45°.I have
never been travelling that far ever since but, recently, I felt like going
back there again. It is not so much the fact that I miss the people I had
met there the nine months I stayed there nor the fantastic beauty of the
place but more the sound of the music played there and…the smell, the
smell of the whole island!
